Leave & Benefits

Set the leave entitlements for the employee.

Annual Leave

days

BCEA Minimum: 15 working days or 21 consecutive days.

Sick Leave

days

Per 36-month cycle. Standard is 30 days (10 per year).

Family Responsibility

days

Per year. BCEA Minimum: 3 days.

Public Holidays

Employee is entitled to all official South African Public Holidays as paid leave.

Maternity / Parental Leave

By law, employees are entitled to 4 consecutive months of unpaid maternity leave (claims via UIF) or 10 days of parental leave.
