Trade secrets are usually protected indefinitely.

POPIA Compliance The Recipient warrants they will process Personal Information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act.

Upon request or termination, the Recipient must return or destroy all confidential materials.

Recipient must provide Certificate of Destruction Includes return of physical hardware/samples
