NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT

The Discloser intends to share certain proprietary and confidential information with the Recipient for the sole purpose of:

2. DEFINITION OF CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION

Confidential Information includes all information (written, oral, or digital) relating to the Discloser's business, including but not limited to technical data, source code, designs, commercial data, and financial projections.

3. OBLIGATIONS OF CONFIDENTIALITY

3.1   The Recipient shall maintain the Confidential Information in strict confidence and use at least a reasonable degree of care to prevent unauthorized disclosure.

3.2   The Recipient shall not disclose the information to any third party without prior written consent, except to employees or consultants who have a "need to know" and are bound by similar obligations.

4. POPIA & DATA PROTECTION

The Recipient warrants that it will process any Personal Information received from the Discloser in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).
